  • Buyers Premium onsite: 10% on first $2,500.00 and 3% on the balance of each item... An additional 3% online buyer's premium applies to all online purchases in addition to standard buyer's premium.

  • 9.5% Sales Tax unless valid exemption is present at checkout. Sales tax is not collected on vehicles, trailers & ATVs... taxes on these items are paid at registration in your state.
  • A credit card is required to register for the first time with us and a $500 authorization will be run to check the validity of the card, but purchases will not be charged unless you instruct us to OR you don’t pay your invoice within 48 hours of the auction close.

All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS.  Preview of items is available any time prior to auction, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items. Buyer's are responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final.

This is a live and online auction.

A credit card is required to register for online bidding. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close. If an invoice remains unpaid after Monday, September 18 at 5pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit on all other invoices.

No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.

ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on Saturday 9/16/2023 until 5pm and then Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm daily. All items are to be removed within 30 days from date of sale. After 30 days, $20 per item, per day storage will be charged. After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned and sold for storage with no refund.

TAXES/FEES: 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Buyers Premium onsite: 10% on first $2,500.00 and 3% on the balance,Buyers Premium online:13% on first $2,500.00 and 6% on balance 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases. A $25 Title fee will be charged to the buyer of any titled vehicles. Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements. All firearms are also subject to a flat $25 FFL transfer fee.

Special Terms for Firearms:

  1. ** Preview for firearms will be on Friday, September 15 from 8 am – 5 pm at our auction headquarters in Wynne. Guns will also all be onsite and available for inspection on auction day beginning at 8am.
  2. All firearms transfers and accompanying paperwork will be done at Delta Farm Products Shop located at 301 CR 251, Wynne, AR. This location is 1.5 miles directly north of our auction headquarters.
  3. Once we begin selling modern firearms, they will have to be transferred back to Delta Farm Products shop for paperwork and physical transfer. We will transfer guns back to their location for pickup approximately every 20 items so that you don’t have to wait until the auction is over if you wish to pay and pick them up. 
  4. Once firearms are auctioned they will be transferred back to this FFL location and will be able to be picked up approximately 45 minutes after selling.
  5. All guns & accessories are subject to a buyer's Premium on site: 10% on the first $2,500.00 and 3% on the balance. Online buyers will pay an additional 3% buyer’s premium on top of the standard buyer’s premium.
  6. All firearms are also subject to a flat $25 FFL transfer fee in addition to the buyer’s premium.
  7. A paid invoice from the auction will be required to be picked up.
  8. The buyer’s name on the auction invoice must match your state-issued photo ID and/or concealed carry permit in order to complete the transfer.
  9. Out-of-state buyers will have to have handguns shipped to an FFL in their state. ON-SITE PICKUP IS NOT ALLOWED.
  10. Long guns may be picked up on auction day by both in and out-of-state buyers with background checks.
  11. A $25 processing fee will be charted on each firearm purchased with no exceptions. This fee applies whether you pick it up or have it shipped to another FFL
  12. An Arkansas concealed carry permit negates the need for a background check. All other firearm purchases will be required to have a background check. Concealed carry permits MUST be Arkansas-issued in order to be accepted. Out-of-state concealed carry permit holders will be subject to a background check before receiving any firearms.
  13. Buyers may fill out background check paperwork in advance at Delta Farm Products shop on Friday, September 15 from 8 am-5 pm or after purchasing items.
  14. Buyers who do not pass a background check are still liable for the purchase price of the firearm and no refunds will be given..
  15. Buyers will not be allowed to assume possession without meeting federal firearm law requirements.
  16. Background checks are relatively fast, but please be patient if you wait until after purchasing to do paperwork. The Delta Farm Products staff will process purchases pickups as fast as possible.
