- A credit card is required to register, but will not be charged unless you instruct us to OR you don’t pay your invoice within 48 hours of the auction close.

PAYMENT :
TAXES/FEES: 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. All onsite bidders will pay a 5% buyers premium. Online buyers premium will be 8%. 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases. A $25 Title fee will be charged to the buyer of any titled vehicles.
At the close of the lot, the high bidder will have purchased the offered lot. All sales are final upon the closing of the lot. The purchase is subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein. The purchaser assumes full responsibility thereof. The purchaser further agrees to pay the Total Amount Due by 5pm on Friday, November 17th by cash, approved check, wire transfer, credit card or certified funds delivered to our office in Wynne, AR before pickup. Checks are only accepted from known buyers or with pre-approval from Witcher Auctions. Payments are NOT accepted by mail.
Purchasers paying by credit card may contact Witcher Auctions and provide credit card info by phone or in person at our office in Wynne, AR.
Credit card payments will be charged an additional 5% processing fee.
NO ITEM WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IN FULL.
ITEM REMOVAL/PICK UP:
Item removal is 100% the buyer's responsibility. Each item "MUST" be picked up within 30 days of auction closing (12/29). Any items left after 30 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.
Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.

TITLES:
Items that are titled will incur a $25.00 title fee. Titled are designated as either TITLE, TITLE DELAY OR NO TITLE and are defined as such:
TITLE:
We have the title located in our office and will be given to owner once all payments have been made and cleared. This will be a clear transferable title.
TITLE DELAY:
Customer states there is a title but we don't physically have it. In some cases there may be a lien and we will be at the mercy of the state in receiving it. There is no set time frame on when these titles will be received.
NO TITLE:
Any vehicle listed as "NO TITLE" means that there will never be any title issued for that vehicle by our company or the consignor.
