Payment: Payment can be made at our Wynne office on Friday, May 10 from 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card. Approved check, cashiers check and cash only will be accepted on site Friday, May 10 from 9-4 and Saturday, May 11 from 9-4
No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
ITEM REMOVAL: A loader will be available for pickup on Friday May 10, and Saturday May 11. After that item removal will be 100% the buyers responsibility. All items MUST be removed 14 days after the auction close after that all items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.
TAXES/FEES
- No sales tax
- Flat 3% buyers premium on all items
- 5% processing fee for all credit card purchases.
