All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Preview is available daily during operating business hours of Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm, and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items. Buyer's are responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final.

If an invoice remains unpaid after Saturday, June 2nd at 5pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices.

We will accept approved check, cash, or cashiers check only onsite on Saturday, June 1 from 9am-4pm.
No items will be removed from auction site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
ITEM REMOVAL: Items can not be removed prior to May 31 st. Disassembly, removal and load out will be 100% the buyers responsibility. We will be onsite to open the doors on Saturday, June 1st from 9am - 4pm. After that any pickup will be done by appointment only. All items must be removed by June 7th at 5pm, or they will become the property of Witcher Auction with no recourse to the buyer.

- Flat 10% buyers premium on all items
- 5% processing fee for all credit card purchases.
