- 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Please note all items, other than on highway trucks & automobiles now require sales tax to be collected. We are required to collect sales tax on ATVs, UTVs, offroad motorcycles, camper trailers, boats w/ trailers, etc unless you have a resale exemption or are having delivered out of state by a 3rd party common carrier. A bill of lading for out of state delivery is required for the out of state delivery exemption.
- A credit card is required to register for the first time with us and a $500 authorization will be run to check the validity of the card, but purchases will not be charged unless you instruct us to OR you don’t pay your invoice within 48 hours of the auction close.

All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Preview of items is available any time prior to auction, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and is strongly encouraged. There is no warranty expressed or implied on auction items. Buyer's are responsible for reading descriptions, examining pictures and inspecting items in person to their satisfaction before bidding. All bids are a legally binding contract, and all sales are final.

This is an online only auction.
PAYMENT: A credit card is required to register for online bidding. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close. If an invoice remains unpaid after Monday, July 29 at 5pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices.
No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on Friday, July 26 from 8am - 5pm and then Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm daily. All items are to be removed within 30 days from date of sale. After 30 days, $20 per item, per day storage will be charged. After 60 days, items will be considered abandoned and sold for storage with no refund.
TAXES/FEES: 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 10% on first $2,500.00 and 3% on balance of each item. 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases. A $25 Title fee will be charged to the buyer of any titled vehicles. All firearms are also subject to a flat $25 FFL transfer fee.
Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements.
By registering for this auction, bidder acknowledges that they are fully responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, bidders guests or agents. Bidder agrees to hold Witcher auctions harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. Bidder releases Witcher Auctions and the seller from any and all liability connected with the loading, removal and transportation of purchases and all future uses for the goods purchased herewith.
Witcher Auctions LLC and it's employees act as agents of sellers. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, are not necessarily disclosed. Additionally, bids may be placed at some auctions by the seller, an employee of the seller, or an agent on the seller's behalf up to the reserve.
By registering for this and other auctions, buyers, buyer's agents and other related parties acknowledge that the provisions of this agreement ( the auction terms) are governed by the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of laws from any other jurisdiction(s). Further, for the purposes of any action, lawsuit or other proceedings brought to enforce this Agreement, relating to it, or arising from it, the parties hereby submit to and consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cross County, Arkansas, or the federal courts for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the venue in which this agreement is executed, and no other courts.

- ALL FFL REGULATIONS APPLY
- All guns & accessories are subject to a Buyers Premium:10% on first $2,500.00 and 3% on balance. All firearms are also subject to a flat $25 FFL transfer fee in addition to buyer’s premium.
- All firearms transfers and accompanying paperwork will be done at Witcher Auctions Home Office at 2408 Highway 64, Wynne, AR 72396.
- Firearms will be available starting Friday, July 26 at 8:30 am until 4:30pm, and then Monday - Wednesday July 29 - July 31, 2024. After that it will be by appointment only.
- A paid invoice from the auction will be required to be picked up.
- Out-of-state buyers will have to have handguns shipped to an FFL in their state. ON-SITE PICKUP IS NOT ALLOWED.
- A $25 processing fee will be charted on each firearm purchased with no exceptions. This fee applies whether you pick it up or have it shipped to another FFL
- An Arkansas concealed carry permit negates the need for a background check. All other firearm purchases will be required to have a background check.
- Buyers who do not pass a background check are still liable for the purchase price of the firearm and no refunds will be given..
- Buyers will not be allowed to assume possession without meeting federal firearm law requirements.
- Background checks are relatively fast, but please be patient if you wait until after purchasing to do paper work. Staff will process purchases pickups as fast as possible.
