Payment: WE WILL BE ONSITE ACCEPTING PAYMENT ON WEDNESDAY AUGUST 28 FROM 9am - 4pm ONLY. ONSITE PAYMENT MUST BE APPROVED CHECK, CASHIERS CHECK OR CASH ONLY. Payment can be made at our Wynne office on Wednesday, August 28 and Thursday, August 29f rom 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card. PAYMENT IS DUE BY 5PM ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 29.
No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
ITEM REMOVAL: Load out ASSISTANCE will be available for pickup on Wednesday August 28 from 9am - 4pm. After that item removal will be by appointment only. All items MUST be removed 14 days after the auction close after that all items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer.

- Flat 10% buyers premium on all items
- 5% processing fee for all credit card purchases.
Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements.
By registering for this auction, bidder acknowledges that they are fully responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, bidders guests or agents. Bidder agrees to hold Witcher auctions harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
