If an invoice remains unpaid after Monday, December 23 at 5pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices.

Payment: Payment can be made at our Wynne office on Friday, December 20th, and Monday, December 23 from 8-5 by approved check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer or credit card. PAYMENT IS DUE BY 5PM ON MONDAY, December 23. If you plan to come on Saturday, November 23 to pay and have not done business with us before. If we can not reach your bank we will not be able to accept a personal check or business check.
No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
ITEM REMOVAL:
Please note items are located at different locations across the North East Arkansas:
- The Jonesboro site requires and appointment. Please call Jared Seeman @ 870-243-6421 prior to attempting pickup.
- Someone will be on site in Harrisburg, Friday December 20 and Saturday December 21. If you need assistance with load out after that please call Jr Hendrix @ 870-926-2298 to ensure he will be there.
- We will have a loader at Weldon but no one will be their to help you load.
- Loaders will be on site through December, 26th after that item removal will be 100% the buyers responsibility.
All purchases need to be removed within 14days from the auction date. After 14 days, it belongs to us and we'll sell it for the storage fees.NO EXCEPTIONS

- 5% processing fee for all credit card purchases.
Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements.

Bidder agrees to hold Witcher auctions harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
