Tyronza Truck & Trailer Sales

The owners of Tyronza Truck & Trailer have decided to shut down their long time truck, trailer and parts dealership in order to pursue other interests. Witcher Auctions will be liquidating their quality equipment including excavator, forklifts, skid steers, vehicles, remaining truck / trailer inventory and shop equipment.

Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay or make payment arrangements within 48 hours of the auction close. If an invoice remains unpaid after Monday, May 25 at 5pm, Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices. The mail service is horribly slow and unreliable. Do not mail payment. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified. - Special Conditions for Writing Checks:       1) We must be able to verify funds on ALL checks prior to releasing items, most of the time this is a simple phone call to a bank. Please note that even with a bank letter of funds we will still need to call your banking institution to verify. Some banks will not verify funds in which case we will not be able to release your items to you immediately.      2) In the event you intend to make payment by check please note that if we can't get a hold of your bank we will not be able to release your items to you immediately.      3) In the event that you want to write a check and we are unable to verify funds we will accept the check. Once the check has cleared, we will e-mail you a paid invoice at which time you will be able to pickup you items      4) Of special note most banks are closed on Saturday. If you intend to pay by check onsite on Saturday, April 18 please be aware that we will accept your check. Once the check has cleared, we will e-mail you a paid invoice a which time you will be able to pickup your items.   ITEM REMOVAL:  Load out ASSISTANCE will be available for pickup on Friday, May 22, and Saturday, May 23. A telehandler will be onsite through Thursday, May 28, 2026. After that item removal will be 100% the buyers responsibility.  All items MUST be removed by Thursday, June 4, 2026. After that Witcher Auctions will move the items to our Wynne, AR Yard and  items will be considered abandoned and will become property of Witcher Auctions with no recourse to the buyer unless prior arrangements are made. TAXES/FEES No Sales Tax Flat 10% buyers premium on all items 5% processing fee for all credit card and debit card purchases. Amendments to auction catalog, descriptions or terms of sale day thru auction day, take precedence over all advertisements. By registering for this auction, bidder acknowledges that they are fully responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder, bidders guests or agents. Bidder agrees to hold Witcher auctions harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. Bidder releases Witcher Auctions and the seller from any and all liability connected with the loading, removal and transportation of purchases and all future uses for the goods purchased herewith. Witcher Auctions LLC and it's employees act as agents of sellers. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, are not necessarily disclosed. Additionally, bids may be placed at some auctions by the seller, an employee of the seller, or an agent on the seller's behalf up to the reserve.
